Edge Hill Hotel is a small twenty-three (23) room owner managed establishment, on three quarters of an acre. The Hotel comprises fully self-contained studio units. There are two main buildings with three floors each, housing the studio units, offices, restaurant and utility areas. Though small, the property is beautiful laid out.

 Accommodations include twelve studio units, two suites, and nine standard rooms. Studios are equipped with kitchenettes, refrigerators, televisions, telephones, they are air-conditioned with full bathrooms. The suites are similarly equipped. The standard room amenities include televisions, telephones and bathrooms. All units are tiled or carpeted and have ceiling fans. The parking area accommodates twenty cars.

 The enclosed dining area seats fifty, doubling as a conference room. Our Lignum Vitae shaded patio offers' outdoor dining. The main bar is beside the patio. The sun deck and auxiliary bar is on the roof of building two, giving a breathtaking view of the City's Harbour, Airport, National Stadium, Business District. The exclusive Beverly Hills residential area forms a background to the property.

The ambiance is friendly, cosy with a "home-away-from-home" atmosphere. The staff is well trained and hospitable and there is easy access to the hotel's management.

Location and services
The Hotel is on Mountain View Avenue, in the Caribbean's most exciting City. It faces the Island's National Stadium and Independence Park, home to Bob Marley's monument. Major shopping Malls and the City's business district are five minutes away by car. Government offices are also within easy access. The Mountain view area was formerly an exclusive residential neighborhood, which has recently become commercial.

Nearby attractions include, the Bob Marley Museum, the Hope Botanical Gardens and Zoo, Rockforth Mineral Baths and historical sites at Port Royal made "infamous" by the pirate, Henry Morgan. Tours to Blue Mountain coffee farms and hiking to the Blue Mountain peak are available, along with other tours outside Kingston. It's an ideal location to attend sporting events, being only a "stone's" throw from the Reggae Boyz' "office."
