 The head of the firm is the Hon. Alfred Rattray, O.J., LL.B., F.C.A., A.C.I., and Mrs. Cynthia Small is the Office Administrator

 (The Rt. Hon. P.J. Patterson, P.C., Q.C., B.A., LL.B., LL.B., Prime Minister of Jamaica, is also a Senior Partner who is currently on leave).
